What style do you think characterises the pinot of your region?
The cooler pinot noir sites in the Adelaide Hills tend to produce more elegant wines with brighter red fruit flavours as well as brambly and herb characters. Many Hills’ pinot makers are also producing more adventurous styles through the use of whole bunches and berries.
